Have a question about our services? Here are some common answers to common questions:

Q: Does SSPC charge a fee for counseling?
A: No, our counseling sessions are free for UC Berkeley students.

Q: When is your office open?
A: We are open Monday to Friday from 10am-4pm. We encourage you to make an appointment to guarantee you are seen but you can always drop-in during those times too.

Q: Where is your office?
A: We are currently operating only on Zoom, when the office re-opens it is located in 312E Eshleman!

Q: How can I get involved or become a peer counselor?
A: You MUST attend one of our infosessions at the beginning of each semester. All members must go through one semester of training and be evaluated before they can hold office hours. If you missed our infosession, please be on the lookout for next semester’s infosessions.  Due to issues with our past mailing list, please email us at sspcemail@gmail.com to stay updated!

Q: I need advice about my major/classes.
A: We are not academic advisors and recommend checking out the L&S Advising office for other options.

A: Yes! We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our organization. Contact us via email to learn more.
