Hello fellow Berkeley Students! SSPC’s Shyness Workshop is back again this semester! This is the second time we are running this new workshop, and because of the positive feedback we received last semester, we’re bringing it back! If you are interested in how shyness, introversion, and extraversion interplay and manifest in our current society, please check out this amazing workshop! Anyone is welcome to come! It will take place on February 26th, 6-8 p.m., in 30 Wheeler.
MOVE: Focus is a one-day workshop presented by the national non-profit To Write Love on Her Arms. Attendees will explore issues that are rarely talked about, including depression, anxiety and suicide. The discussion will cover what is behind these struggles, what drives them, what recover looks like, and how students can make a difference. The goal of the workshop is to help create a culture and climate of hope and healing for those struggling in our homes, places of work, and schools.
The event will be hosted by Student to Student Peer Counseling.
